Earthquake in Southern California

After hearing the news of an earthquake in CA, my first thought was tsunami. We should be fine at home(high enough to be safe from floods), but what if I'm in Hilo? Hilo was hit hard back in the '60s. About 160 people were killed. Found a useful link.

Tsunami is very scary... I'm glad to know your house is safe from Tsunami.

Living near the ocean is nice, but that's a drawback.

Earthquakes and hurricanes are scary, too. Somebody told me nothing is worse than losing your house on fire, though.
