Rum Jaboticaba

After a couple of harvests, our freezer is now full of frozen Jaboticaba. So we decided to make Jaboticaba-flavored rum. Rum, Jaboticaba (fresh, not frozen), and sugar tossed in a jar. Let's see how it will turn out.

Hello 麻衣子

It tastes like grapes, only a bit less sweeter. Very refreshing. The Jaboticaba liquer is aging nicely~!
