Catch of the day
I finally found a fishing guru who's nice enough to show me the ropes. This was my second time, and I was by myself at a spot 3-minutes from my house. I didn't feel much of a hit on the line, so it was a pleasant surprise to see a fish on the hook. 11-inch long (27cm) prize with a Hawaiian name of Nenue.
My cat probably never saw a fish. Well, he's originally from Ohio...
After half an hour of wielding a cooking knife.....
This is another fish I caught on the same day. It was too Nemo-looking, so I released it back into the sea.
